Online services is now available on your mobile phone, the SystmOnline app will be available from your app store and is free to download!!
When ordering a prescription online please note that it will not allow you to order if an item needs to be reviewed by a doctor or if you are ordering too early. You can either make a custom request online for these items or alternatively bring in a request to the surgery.
Please give a MINIMUM of FIVE FULL WORKING DAYS notice before collecting. If the items requested are not on your re-order form this may take longer to process.
You can book and cancel appointments online.
Only routine Doctors appointments are available to book online. For Nurses appointments please contact the surgery to book these.
Appointments are currently set at 10 minutes, if you feel that you need longer with your doctor; please contact the surgery to make an appropriate appointment.
To cancel an appointment online this needs to be done 24 hours before your appointment time.
Future and Past appointments are also available online, helping you manage your appointments.
Medical Record Access - Detailed Coded Only
Online access to records. Following Government guidance, patients can now access a summary of their records. This shows some information detailing past history medication and allergies. We are aware that the information may become corrupted in being transferred from computer systems. If you disagree with the codes on your summary, please write down the problem and why you think it is wrong. We will then investigate and respond to you within three weeks.
Access to your Full Clinical Record is not available through Online Services.
Access for Children
Patients under the age of 12 years old - someone with parental responsibility can access their record without their written permission – just ask us to set this up for you. - Please ask a member of Reception to do this for you. This will ONLY allow ordering Repeat Prescriptions and viewing Summary Care Record.
For Patients aged between 12-16 - Online Services is UNAVAILABLE - due to this being a new system for us, we need to make sure that this is done correctly - Repeat Prescription requests will have to be given in at Reception ONLY
